There is a new opportunity to take a trip to New koforidua, Media’s Fair Trade Sister City in Ghana West Africa. As a representative of Media Pa, America’s First Fair Trade Town, you can stay for free in their Co-operative House! Our friend, Joanna, who started All’s Fair Tours, which couldn’t get off the ground, is still helping to coordinate through Tours and Arts Solutions, which specializes in fair trade travel in Ghana. You can tour a fair trade cocoa farm, where they grow cacao for Divine Chocolate which you can buy in Media, and possibly take a chocolate making workshop. There is also plenty of opportunity to enjoy local food, music, culture and the warm New Koforiduans.
